Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for energy efficiency programs through inbound calls and other communication methods
- Assist customers with scheduling visits, enrollment, and program education while navigating multiple platforms
- Maintain performance metrics and personal data in real-time during customer interactions
Required Qualifications and Training
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
- Must have a dedicated home office space and meet internet speed requirements
