Job Summary
Supporting utility customers in enhancing energy efficiency, the full-time remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, provide program education, and assist with scheduling and technical support across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions focused on energy efficiency and program offerings
- Provide technical support and assist with visit scheduling and customer enrollment
- Utilize various support scripts and platforms to deliver a range of services to customers
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Comfort with set schedules and performance metrics
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
