Job Summary

Supporting utility customers in enhancing energy efficiency, the full-time remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, provide program education, and assist with scheduling and technical support across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer interactions focused on energy efficiency and program offerings
  • Provide technical support and assist with visit scheduling and customer enrollment
  • Utilize various support scripts and platforms to deliver a range of services to customers
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Comfort with set schedules and performance metrics
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
