Energy Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Energy and Water Audits and Assessments of Commercial, Industrial, and Multifamily Buildings
• Analyze utility records to determine energy usage patterns and perform benchmarking
• Evaluate Building envelopes, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, and Controls systems to determine opportunities for Energy and Water savings, and GHG reductions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of Energy auditing experience in commercial and multifamily buildings
• Experience with Energy simulation software tools (eQuest, EnergyPlus, HAP etc)
• Proficient in MEP, HVAC, Controls, and Lighting systems
• Be a licensed PE, CEM, CEA, or Equivalent
