Energy Engineer II

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time salaried Energy Engineer II will conduct Energy Assessments, compile documentation and energy calculations, and ensure accuracy in incentive/energy savings calculators while collaborating with other engineers and account managers to achieve energy savings goals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct Energy Assessments and compile associated documentation
• Perform ASHRAE level II audits and develop IPMVP-compliant M&V plans and reports
• Analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in energy engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a graduate degree with relevant experience
• US FE/EIT certification preferred
• Experience with energy simulation projects and complex HVAC systems
• Ability to develop tools and calculators for energy programs
