Energy Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Engineer/Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical review of custom projects with energy calculations and simulations
• Manage complex technical work independently and communicate with customers for necessary information
• Assess and document energy efficiency measures and support program designs

Required Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or architectural preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience
• Preferred certifications: Professional Engineer, Building Energy Modeling Professional, or High-Performance Building Design Professional
• Experience with energy simulation programs such as EnergyPlus or IES-VE
• Knowledge of energy codes and new construction market baselines
