Energy Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage implementation of energy-saving projects for small business and industrial customers
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers
• Perform energy efficiency calculations and develop energy savings evaluations for various systems

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Manufactured Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of experience
• 2 years of experience reviewing technical resource manuals and developing energy savings calculation spreadsheets
• Experience performing in-field inspections for lighting and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with state and federal energy efficiency codes and policies
• 1 year of experience reviewing energy efficiency program evaluation reports and supporting the development of new energy efficiency measures
