Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Forecast Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate renewable energy production forecasts for both day-ahead and 7-day timeframes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on market conditions and optimization opportunities
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in renewable energy forecasting, preferably in short-term and mid-term timeframes
• Proficiency in forecasting tools, statistical modeling techniques, and data analysis software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as meteorology, environmental science, engineering, or data science
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and energy market dynamics is a plus
