Energy Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning, design, permitting, and execution of critical power infrastructure, the full-time Energy Infrastructure Program Manager will manage utility substations and behind-the-meter generation projects while ensuring alignment with data center developments in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, permitting, and execution of utility substations and energy infrastructure across multiple projects
• Manage utilities, EPC contractors, and consultants from development through commissioning and energization
• Coordinate with internal teams to establish project scope, budgets, schedules, and execution plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility substations or large-scale energy infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of utility interconnections and power generation systems
• Experience managing large capital projects, including budgets and schedules
• Familiarity with environmental and air permitting processes for energy infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
