Job Summary

To enhance the energy procurement process, the full-time salaried Energy Integration Manager will integrate energy data across the organization, elevate portfolio health visibility, and expand the operating model for energy teams, leveraging AI to streamline operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate energy data by collaborating with data and analytics teams to create a coherent portfolio picture
• Transform portfolio health reporting from manual to continuous and predictive, surfacing risks and opportunities for timely action
• Implement a consistent operating model across Energy teams to ensure clear ownership and visibility of cross-team initiatives

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in establishing operating cadences and portfolio health reporting
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs in energy and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience applying AI/automation to operational or analytical tasks
• Strong data fluency with the ability to define metrics and work with analytics teams
• Executive communication skills to distill complex information into concise narratives for leadership
