Key responsibilities

• Integrate energy data by collaborating with analytics teams to create a coherent portfolio picture
• Enhance portfolio health visibility through continuous and predictive reporting, surfacing risks and opportunities
• Establish a consistent operating model across Energy teams to ensure clear ownership and execution of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in establishing operating cadences and portfolio reporting for business leaders
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional energy programs or operations
• Hands-on experience with AI/automation in operational or analytical contexts
• Strong data fluency with the ability to define metrics and create trusted reporting from multi-source data
• Executive communication skills for distilling complex information into clear narratives for leadership
