Energy IT Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy / IT Solutions Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the performance of metering systems to ensure reliable communications and high-quality data
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system alerts, data gaps, and communication failures
• Perform routine maintenance and integrity checks to ensure system availability for billing and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong technical knowledge within job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas
• Experience in a 24x7 production support environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting AMI systems or utility operational applications
• Familiarity with SQL queries, Windows/Linux servers, and basic network concepts
