Energy Justice Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Justice Director to oversee the development and operation of its Energy Justice Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Energy Justice Program team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
• Develop and implement campaigns and programs focused on energy equity and justice
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, representing the organization in advocacy efforts

Required Qualifications

• Deep commitment to environmental, racial, social, and economic justice principles
• 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the environmental justice community
• Significant expertise in environmental justice issues and California's energy policy landscape
• Strong strategic planning, program evaluation, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred but not required
