Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Energy Management Coach to work with commercial businesses across the U.S. to drive energy efficiency and foster a culture of continuous energy improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic energy management coaching to commercial and industrial customers through virtual engagements
• Measure success through customer participation in SEM activities and delivery of energy savings
• Lead customer workshops and education initiatives while ensuring seamless program delivery and documentation

Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy advising, or related fields
• Technical knowledge of commercial facility systems (e.g., HVAC, automated controls)
• Exceptional project management skills
• Degree in Engineering or CEM certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
