Energy Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Energy Management to oversee electricity procurement and usage analysis for data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electricity supply contracts and utility relationships while providing strategic leadership on energy planning
• Analyze energy consumption and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and create financial reports
• Develop and manage annual energy budgets and lead cross-functional discussions on energy strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Energy Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in electricity markets or energy management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI
• Knowledge of PJM, ERCOT, ISONE, and NYISO markets preferred
