Job Summary

Develop energy, water, waste efficiency, and sustainability strategy for client's real estate portfolio
Lead identification and prioritization of energy capital projects and operational efficiency upgrades
Report metrics on energy and sustainability activities and achievements to the client

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience
CEM and LEED accreditation preferred
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate team impact
Extensive organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
