Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute energy and water management strategies to improve efficiencies
• Lead the implementation of sustainability initiatives across client real estate portfolios
• Provide strategic direction on energy reduction services and manage stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in energy management, building operations, or facilities management
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls)
• Proficiency in energy analysis software and utility data management platforms
• Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP are preferred
