Energy Manager

Job Summary

To support environmental sustainability goals, the full-time remote Energy Manager will develop and implement energy programs, manage energy performance metrics, and collaborate with account teams to optimize utility management and energy conservation measures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainable operations strategies for clients' real estate portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Lead energy audits and identify resource efficiency projects, managing them through client approval and coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Track, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics, including energy, water, and waste, while conducting annual benchmarking to improve performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in an engineering or analytical role related to building management or energy services
• Ability to perform energy savings calculations using Excel and building simulation models
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive energy management programs
• Advanced skills in software applications such as MS Excel and PowerBI
