Energy Marshal

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with safety standards and effective management of energy isolation, the full-time Energy Marshal will oversee Hazardous Energy control, coordinate Energy Isolation activities across multiple projects, and conduct audits of safety practices while working onsite in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and control of Hazardous Energy in accordance with DIV01 standards and local legislation
• Plan and coordinate Energy Isolation activities for construction and commissioning across multiple campus projects
• Conduct regular audits of General Contractor Permit-to-Work systems and LOTO procedures for compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent approved qualifications
• Multi-years' experience in MV switching and DC construction and commissioning standards and practices
• Deep expertise in LOTO systems and energy isolation procedures
• Extensive knowledge of managing multiple energy sources in Data Centres
• Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
