Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Modeling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Produces, implements, and supports data analytics software for internal and external clients
Provides OpenStudio building energy modeling software support
Assists in solution development process, including aspects of service, software, and data architecture

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience developing software to support data-based business decisions
Experience using EnergyPlus or OpenStudio, particularly in scripted environments
Fluency or exposure to programming languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Linux, R, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Exposure to building modeling techniques, HVAC systems, and building science
