Job Summary

Focused on advancing energy policy initiatives, the full-time salaried Energy Policy Manager will monitor regulatory developments, conduct research, and support advocacy efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments impacting the company's business interests
• Support the development and execution of advocacy initiatives and prepare related materials
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders to coordinate policy positions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Energy Management, Economics, Environmental Policy, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in energy policy, regulatory affairs, or related fields
• Experience working with utilities, regulators, governmental agencies, or energy companies
• Working knowledge of energy markets, utility regulation, and renewable energy policy
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively
