Energy Program Vice President

Job Summary

Serving as a senior expert in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Energy Program Vice President will manage a $3B+ energy project finance portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and strategic execution across the deal lifecycle while partnering closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and yield optimization of the energy portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk and return objectives
• Act as Product Owner for Project Finance, defining program standards and governance while integrating strategy and execution
• Evaluate and structure transactions to ensure alignment with credit and portfolio objectives, maintaining oversight on risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project finance or structured finance, particularly in energy or infrastructure
• Deep expertise in energy sectors, including renewables and emerging technologies
• Proven track record in structuring complex syndicated and non-syndicated transactions
• Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting, and portfolio management principles
