Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Rebate Specialist to support sustainability goals through energy efficiency rebate applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate projects and rebate opportunities with Facility/Property Managers or Vendors
• Serve as the utility's point-of-contact throughout the rebate application process
• Track the application process and manage documentation across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• Some experience in the Energy sector or Utilities
• Basic understanding of utility rebate and incentive programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with heavy phone use and data entry
