Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving data analytics and modeling methods for demand-side management and integrated resource planning
• Oversee research and analysis activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and develop business opportunities to expand client relationships and support proposal development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, statistics, or environmental studies
• 8-10 years of experience in managing research or planning projects related to energy efficiency and resource planning
• Direct experience with demand-side management potential studies
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency concepts and distributed energy resources
• Experience in data analysis, project planning, and budget management
