A company is looking for an Energy Storage Contracts Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct review and analysis of commercial terms in subcontractor agreements and EPC contracts
• Identify potential risks during negotiations and recommend modifications to mitigate them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contract terms and manage the contract process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in renewable energy
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery EPC concepts
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team
