Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Developer / Development Associate in the Energy and Utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and site land opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects
Work on site acquisition, financing, and development of energy projects
Negotiate site control agreements and support development activities for renewable energy projects

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, or natural gas
Hands-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts in the energy sector
Understanding of the RFP/RFI process and project siting for renewable energy projects
Experience with project financing and energy storage projects is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
