Energy & Sustainability Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of comprehensive energy management and decarbonization programs, the full-time remote Energy & Sustainability Manager will conduct facility energy audits, manage energy data, and collaborate with site operations to achieve client sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct facility energy audits and evaluate technical viability for energy conservation measures
• Manage energy data collection and produce tailored reports for clients, while auditing utility bills for optimization opportunities
• Develop decarbonization roadmaps and collaborate with local Site Facility Managers to implement continuous improvement strategies

Required qualifications

• University Degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
• Specialized technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
• Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures and Greenhouse Gas emission reporting
• Experience in energy procurement processes and familiarity with renewable energy options
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
