Job Summary

A company is looking for an eNewsletter & ePublication Manager to lead the planning and production of digital communications for federal and DoD-aligned missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full production lifecycle for six monthly eNewsletter editions
  • Oversee content intake, editing, approvals, formatting, and publication workflows in GovDelivery
  • Ensure all publications meet brand, editorial, accessibility, and metadata standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, English, Public Affairs, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital communications or multi-channel publication management
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and publication workflows
  • Knowledge of GovDelivery or similar digital communications platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital publishing workflows and accessibility standards
