Enforcement Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Enforcement Operations Specialists for a full-time, onsite 6-month contract role focused on cybersecurity and AI safety, where the specialist will review customer signals, enforce safety policies, and analyze data to identify harmful behavior across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer signals and user interactions to identify potential policy violations and account abuse
• Apply and enforce established safety and security policies accurately and consistently
• Investigate suspicious activity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enforcement processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, trust & safety, content moderation, or related operational environments
• Ability to review and analyze code for potential misuse or policy concerns
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex policies and guidelines
