Job Summary

Working remotely as a contract Enforcement Operations Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of AI systems by labeling data, reviewing user interactions, and enforcing policy guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer signals and user exchanges to identify potential policy violations
• Enforce safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with precision
• Collaborate with Strategy Analysts and Policy Managers to identify trends and policy gaps

Required qualifications

• Background in Cyber, with the ability to review and understand code
• Experience in Cyber Defense is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with policy enforcement in digital platforms
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible technology deployment
• Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or related fields
