Enforcement Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Enforcement Operations Specialist will label data for classifier development, implement enforcement workflows, and communicate with customers regarding user safety concerns while reviewing flagged content for policy violations.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer signals and user exchanges to identify potential policy violations
• Enforce established Safeguards workflows and label data across policy categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new products and conduct enforcement audits

Required qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn complex content policies
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or related fields
• Interest in AI safety and responsible technology development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
