Enforcement Specialist

Job Summary

Enforcement Specialist, this temporary remote role involves enforcing policies, managing high-priority workflows, and supporting external escalations within a dedicated Trust and Safety team for a duration of 10 to 26 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely reviews of enforcement workflows to ensure compliance with established SLA guidelines
• Respond promptly to complex high-priority requests from law enforcement and government agencies
• Investigate violative listings and communicate updates to relevant parties while identifying abuse trends

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in enforcement, compliance, or trust & safety roles within digital or e-commerce environments
• Strong understanding of intellectual property policies and brand protection standards
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and manage high-severity cases
• Skilled in handling sensitive external requests and escalations professionally
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and quality targets in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments
