Enforcement Specialist, IP Protection

Job Summary

Enforcement Specialist, IP Protection, is a temporary remote position lasting 10 to 26 weeks, responsible for enforcing policies, managing workflows, and supporting external escalations within a Trust and Safety team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely reviews of enforcement workflows to ensure compliance with established SLA guidelines
• Respond to complex high-priority requests from law enforcement and third-party requestors
• Investigate violative listings and communicate updates to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

• Experience in enforcement, compliance, or trust & safety roles within digital or e-commerce environments
• Strong understanding of intellectual property policies and brand protection standards
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and manage high-severity cases
• Skilled in handling sensitive external requests and escalations
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and quality targets in fast-paced environments
