Engagement Advisor

Job Summary

To enhance the quality of life for physicians and patients, the remote Engagement Advisor will manage multiple onboarding projects, build strong relationships with physician-owned primary care practices, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous onboarding projects, balancing customer satisfaction and technical quality while collaborating with multiple teams
• Proactively engage with customers to facilitate a smooth transition from sales and ensure their goals are met
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for internal process improvements while owning project outcomes and delegating tasks effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
• Project management experience required
• Strong desire to build relationships with customers and serve as an onboarding advisor
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS is a benefit; interest in healthcare is required
