Engagement Ambassador

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Ambassador to work at the University of Colorado Engagement Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact donors and prospects to collect donations, verify information, and share institutional updates
• Follow a script while reaching out to prospects and accurately enter data into the computer system
• Meet or exceed goals set by management and complete required training

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a University of Colorado campus
• Must have reliable internet and a private working area
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work remotely and operate standard office equipment
• Must be able to work during specified hours and meet minimum shift requirements
