Engagement Ambassador

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Ambassador to work remotely, reaching out to donors and prospects for philanthropic donations and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact donors and prospects to collect donations, verify information, and share institutional updates
• Follow a script when reaching out to prospects and accurately enter data into the computer system
• Meet or exceed goals as outlined by management, while working a minimum number of shifts each week/month

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current or past student (within 5 years) of University of California, Berkeley
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work remotely and operate standard office equipment
• Must have reliable internet and a private workspace
• Must be able to work in a largely sedentary role with infrequent light physical effort
