Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Ambassador to work remotely, reaching out to donors for philanthropic institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact donors and prospects to collect donations, verify information, and share institutional updates
• Follow a script when reaching out to prospects and accurately enter data into the computer system
• Meet or exceed goals as outlined by management and complete required trainings

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or greater
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a private workspace
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment
