Engagement and Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To activate thought leadership through people and partnerships, the full-time remote Engagement and Enablement Manager will build networks of subject matter experts, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the adoption and localization of research and insights across various regions and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and steward networks of subject matter experts and strategic partnerships
• Ensure the adoption and amplification of PMI's research and insights across diverse ecosystems
• Design and deliver events, programs, and executive-facing engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in engagement, partnerships, or stakeholder management roles
• Demonstrated experience managing external relationships or contributor networks
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations or global environments
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
