Job Summary
Leading a team of Pharmacy technicians and specialists, the full-time remote Engagement Center Supervisor will manage daily operations of the engagement call center, ensuring accountability to key performance indicators while driving department efficiencies and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the engagement call center, focusing on service and quality metrics
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity

Required qualifications
- 1+ years of prior supervisory experience required
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attendance record and flexibility in scheduling
