Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to connect with students at partner universities and support their re-enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students to clarify and enhance their understanding of coaching services
• Engage with students to assess their readiness to return to school and provide relevant academic information
• Support Success Coaches by managing communications and documenting student progress through a CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher
• At least one year of experience in student and/or customer service preferred
• Experience in higher education, call centers, or startups is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Able to work remotely in a private and quiet environment
