Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator II to engage and triage members for care support programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to members for engagement and triage
• Utilize a structured assessment process to determine appropriate interventions for members
• Maintain confidentiality while promoting the organization's mission and providing high customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a member-facing telephonic engagement or related role
• Experience in customer service, call center, or managed care environments preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with health professionals preferred
