Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to engage and triage members for appropriate care support programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members and triage them to suitable care support programs
- Utilize a structured assessment process to determine the most appropriate interventions for members
- Maintain confidentiality and promote a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a member-facing telephonic engagement or related role
- Experience in customer service, call center, managed care, or health care environments preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively facilitate phone conversations and engage members in programs
