Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to engage and triage members for appropriate care support programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic outreach to members and triage them to suitable care support programs
  • Utilize a structured assessment process to determine the most appropriate interventions for members
  • Maintain confidentiality and promote a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a member-facing telephonic engagement or related role
  • Experience in customer service, call center, managed care, or health care environments preferred
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively facilitate phone conversations and engage members in programs
