Job Summary

Engagement Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for leading project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support to clients in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project implementations for the North America region
  • Collaborate with key account customers to ensure successful engagements and accountability
  • Act as a technical resource during meetings with customers, addressing data quality issues and ensuring project objectives are met
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
  • Proven ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for user experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
