Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator, a full-time role focused on project management and customer support, is responsible for leading implementations, ensuring successful customer engagements, and addressing data quality issues for strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead implementations for the North America region, ensuring project objectives and timelines are met
- Act as a technical resource in meetings with key customers and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain high data quality
- Become a domain expert to understand and solve customer challenges using data and technology
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of technical project management or similar experience
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical professionals for successful project implementations
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
