Job Summary
To support customer success initiatives, the full-time remote Engagement Coordinator will manage project implementations, ensure high data quality, and serve as a technical resource for key accounts across the North America region.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead project implementations while meeting objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key customers to address dependencies and ensure successful engagements
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
- Strong background in customer support and technical documentation
- Ability to transition between high-level strategy and detailed implementation tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
