Job Summary

To support a growing care navigation program, the full-time Engagement Coordinator will manage patient enrollment, ensure pre-visit readiness, and oversee ongoing scheduling while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective patients, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring clarity about program benefits
  • Perform pre-visit outreach to confirm appointment details, address patient questions, and verify insurance eligibility
  • Monitor and manage patient scheduling throughout the program, ensuring timely appointments and follow-up communications
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT/Paramedic, or equivalent clinical support role
  • Prior experience in remote or telehealth patient engagement
  • Strong organizational skills with a patient-first orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal clinical training or certification preferred
  • Comfortable using care management platforms and digital tools
