Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Engagement Coordinator will manage outreach to insured members for scheduling annual wellness exams, utilizing a Progressive dialer while working remotely in a temporary role with potential for permanent placement.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with members through effective communication and customer service
- Assist members with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments while providing necessary instructions
- Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and texts, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or a customer-focused, production-driven environment
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dialer systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between 9am-6pm EST
