Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

Connecting with students at partner universities, the remote Engagement Coordinator will build relationships, provide support for re-enrollment, and facilitate communication with Success Coaches in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students to clarify and enhance their understanding of ReUp Coaching Services
• Engage with students to assess their readiness to return to school and provide relevant academic and enrollment information
• Support Success Coaches by managing communications and documenting student progress through a CRM system

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher
• At least one year of experience in student and/or customer service
• Experience in higher education, call centers, or startups is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet environment
