Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

Engaging with health plan members, the full-time remote Engagement Coordinator II will conduct outbound outreach to promote case management programs, assess member needs, and facilitate enrollment into appropriate services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to health plan members, averaging approximately 40 calls per day
• Educate members on case management services and assess their needs to identify eligibility for enrollment
• Collaborate with case managers and care coordination teams to ensure seamless member engagement and support

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a member-facing telephonic engagement or related experience
