Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Engagement Coordinator II.

Position Responsibilities:

Engage members in Case Management Programs through telephonic and written outreach
Research missing member information, manage incoming inquiries, and provide care coordination support
Focus on Annual Wellness Visits and care gap closure to impact HEDIS and STARS measures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of related work experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience working within EMR (Electronic Medical Record) preferred
