Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee program governance, delivery estimation, and planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and goals
Drive optimal business value through scope management and change management

Required Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or related major
Minimum 6 years of experience in Delivery & Program Management in a client-facing Leadership role
Strong understanding of Billing & Payments in Communications & Media domain
Proven ability to manage large scale projects and lead cross-functional teams
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
